Lucas Moura extends PSG deal; Lukaku wants UCL football

Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura has put pen to paper on a contract extension which will keep him at the Parc des Princes until the summer of 2019.

The Brazil international, 22, joined PSG from Brazilian giants São Paulo for a fee believed to be in the region of €45 million in January 2013, and has since established himself as a first-team regular under manager Laurent Blanc.

After signing a new deal, Lucas told the club s official website,   I am very happy! For me, playing here is a source of great pride. I hope to continue helping my team win more and more trophies.

My dream is to become a part of the Club s history. I hope that we keep on winning and that, next season, we win the Champions League. That s a main aim now.

This season has been magnificent, incredible. It s the first time a team has done the quadruple in France. We have achieved something extraordinary, and I will never forget it. I am very proud to play for Paris Saint-Germain.

Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi added: I think extending Lucas Moura s contract is a very significant moment. He is a forward whose technique and speed have thrilled our supporters since he joined us from Sao Paulo.

Young players are very important for our project. Lucas has become a crowd favourite thanks to his talent and also his personality. I am very proud that this, with such a huge potential, will be sporting the Club s colours in France and in Europe for a long time to come.

Lucas, who tallied seven goals and five assists in 29 Ligue 1 appearances for the French champions last season, has already won eight trophies with PSG, who are priced at to win France s top-flight next term.

Lukaku wants UCL football

Everton F.C. striker Romelu Lukaku has, once again, reiterated his desire to play UEFA Champions League football after teaming up with Italian super-agent Mino Raiola.

Lukaku, who joined Everton from Chelsea for a club record fee of £28 million last summer, scored just 10 goals in 36 English Premier League appearances for the Toffees in 2014/15, but is still looking for a place in Europe s premier club competition.

However, all things considered, an exit from Goodison Park seems rather unlikely, as no club will likely be willing to match the £28 million fee Everton paid for the Belgium international last year.

That s the aim, Lukaku told Sky Sports News HQ.  Every player wants to play in the Champions League; every player wants to play at the highest level. You have to be ambitious in life.

That s something that he (Raiola) has the right to say and I support him in that, otherwise we wouldn t be working together. He s my agent for something.

At this moment, I am at Everton and have a four-year contract. I m happy but you never know in football.
